Nakia Secrest is ecstatic to return to the Greenway Court Theatre! This is the first place she performed when she arrived in Los Angeles at an open mic night. Her rendition of "God Bless the Child" helped her land her first big singing gig – a jingle for "Bacardi & Cola" and her SAG card!! Most notable credits include a recurring role on "Between Bullets", Principal and Guest Starring roles on "C.S.I. NY", "Young & The Restless", "Rules of Engagement", "Two & a Half Men", "Weeds", "Visible Scars", "Black Dynamite" and critically acclaimed short film "The Perfect Sacrifice" as Mamie Till Bradley. Notable theatre credits include "The Road Weeps, The Well Runs Dry", "Heart Song", "Earth Sucks"," A Date with Dandridge", "Quantum Meatballs" and "Love's Labor's Lost". In addition to her TV and Film credits, Nakia has toured with French musicals in Switzerland and works as a Headshot Photographer and Cycling Instructor.
